East Hill Pizza began right here on 12th Avenue in 2018, when Darlyne and TJ Zoltak transformed what was once Chubby’s Pizza into a fun, family-owned neighborhood pizza shop.

Over the years, that little shop grew into so much more. 12th Avenue became a place filled with familiar faces, great employees, busy nights, community events, and a whole lot of memories. All while keeping the friendly neighborhood feel that made EHP special from the beginning.

In 2025, the Deese family took ownership of East Hill Pizza, carrying those traditions into a new chapter. Since then, EHP has continued to grow, including opening our second location on Pine Forest Road in 2026.

A lot has changed since 2018, but one thing hasn’t: 12th Avenue will always be home.
